Women and Girls Mentality

Women in general are sentimental, soft, observe details as never a man will figure  out, intelligent, not easy to convince and do not confide easily.

A woman always plays some role , is  really difficult to know the background of a girl

They focus more than men, and they have the ability to remember details

Communication are the best, and both in all kinds of verbal or nonverbal communication, here I mean most of the girls.

With the boys the girls exchange of images, they make all attention.

As i said, girls are more emotional than men, by field of love and sex they metrizable it much better than  men, they don't fall in love easy but when they fall ,they fall truly,

Then we must behave with them and being aware of all this, and that girls are weak in their nature ,they need affection and love and especially to feel protected.

a woman See in a man a source of happiness, if man fails to show that  he's done.

Women likes to laugh, and then loves men who make them laugh, then you have to be smart and intelligent for that.

A man has all the interest to give as much as he can because the woman will reward  him and do the same thing.
if a woman fall in love, really loves someone, she will  give everything and sacrifice  everything for his love.

Win the heart of a girl is a delicate matter, it  takes time, patience ,and recurs intelligence.

The approach

You ll never know when the right girl is there, it means the girl we really want, and with we will share the mostly  warm moments of life.

To know that, open ears and eyes have the instinct, it can happen any time ,you should be able to communicate nonverbally, girls are smart and notices the looks that  saying I want you, simply do the right smile to say I want you , I like you, and having eyes half closed, looking into the eyes of the girl, and then change the direction of gaze when it s you perceive looks and try again.

We must intelligently decipher the look of the girl, to see if she wants or not, if she wants she will do the same look and smile even if not, is not interested, you will know from the look.

But before all that the approach must be prepared, be smart funny, if the girl looks towards you you should  answered with a smile that says I'm here, I'm your man,

know what the girl likes or dislikes by following your  intuition and Feel free to ask questions, girls love talk about  themselves.

But the smartest  is to find the appropriate topic to discuss,

you must good present your self , by  someone who already know the girl or by something common that everybody can talk about it,the  important things is that she notes  that you're here.

Above all, do not be shy.

it is important to have the cell phone number ... you should stay in contact.

The first steps are the most difficult and  after that s go easly , to ask the number ,you should not be very direct, apparently the number  is to stay in contact for the work ,studies, no matter, but in reality and the girl knows that it is for the relationship.

When we are face to face with a girl , we must not close the mouth ,but we must not say No matter what, too, after the first look, dark and talk about something serious, and don’t be idiot and say hi you are beautiful, I like you, nooo, you have to be serious for first time to have the number ,email, face book twiter, skype something to contact her later..

For example say! I think I should have your number to stay in contact.

Never say: never say : you have a cell phone?  she will think  that even her grand mother has one!!
we must smooth the idea for the girl that we are  different , intelligent, kind and happy

Breaking Up of Human Relationships

Albert Einstein once said-“I don’t know what warfare techniques would be used in the world war-3 but I know that world war -4 would be fought with sticks & stones”: True enough! After looking at the present scene of human relationships, this is what one concludes

We live in a world full of vulnerable relationships. We find lack of trust, misunderstanding & mal-adjustment everywhere these days. Conflicts & contradictions are on a rise. Marriages have become a compromise; parents have become a liability, siblings are getting distanced & love relationships are being exceedingly unsuccessful as the partners turn fleetingly disloyal & in the rare case that a couple is truly committed, the peer group empathically asks, “Dude, still stuck with the same chick? You so need a life!” What does the poor guy say then, “No thanks; I am truly committed”? He wouldn’t like to be the butt of everyone’s jokes for sure. It seems the fragrance of dollar notes is the only religion known to man today.

Looking at the present scenario in this light is really disheartening. So is the feeling that along with the rest of the world, our own relationships are being tested at all times. None of us would be pleased to find out the fragility of our pivotal relationships; most of the time, we don’t even try because we fear the truth might be too bitter for us to digest. Television shows like Sach ka Samna & Emotional Atyachaar bring to focus the same fear; but why do we avoid confronting such questions when we know that facing them and steering a way out would actually save the relationship? Is it because of man’s greatest enemy ‘fear’? Or is it because of insecurity? Well, the answer could be any of the two, but it is shocking to know that in most of the cases the answer is neither. The only reason we tend to avoid questioning our relationships most of the time is –lack of time. 24 hours don’t seem to be enough for work, let alone relationships. No wonder then that people look at relationships as a source of entertainment, something that is meant to fulfill them, rather than taking them as bonds that needs mutual understanding, compassion and lots of love and care. The tendency is to take relationships for granted.

On pondering why this happens, the first thing that comes to mind is ‘ego’. Ego literally means, ‘self’. And ‘self’ is made up of two entities, ‘I’ & ‘Body’. Here, ‘I’ refers to the innateness of any individual and ‘body’ is the physical aspect. ‘I’ seeks happiness while ‘Body’ requires physical facilities and worldly pleasures. Ego originates from the accumulation of wealth and leads to a distorted sense of happiness which makes one feel superior to others, when actually one has been hurt and humiliated and is carrying that baggage. Hence, removing a part of it by pouring it onto others by hurting them, gives one sadistic joy. Consequently, relationships are stressed. Ego also makes one rigid hence leading to adjustment problems. The proverb that ‘First the man creates the ego, and then the ego consumes the man’ is valid in this sense.

The second reason is the feeling of insecurity in relationships. This stems from elements like dishonesty, and leads to lack of trust and misunderstanding. Lying and cheating has become a trend these days. We lie to our seniors and supervisors for petty incentives; we lie to our friends mostly by bragging; we lie to our family to make them feel we are as innocent as we claim to be but in the bargain, we end up lying to ourselves. Homer has stated in this context “Of all the creatures that creep & breathe on the earth there is none more wretched than the man”.
The third reason of breaking up of relations these days is disharmony. We stray greatly from what is naturally acceptable to all of us. For example, we all love our parents & never want to leave them but still the culture of nuclear-families is on the rise. Nobody likes to be bossed around. We let ourselves be driven by our beliefs & pre-conditionings without analyzing or evaluating them. We become so narrow-minded in the pursuit that we tend to be upset & hurt others over trivial disagreements. No wonder, Intolerance is the most dominant characteristic these days. Mahatma Gandhi was very right in saying “Wildlife is decreasing in forests but increasing in cities”.
Another great reason for relationships not working out is disrespect. “With great freedom come great responsibilities” is a true yet neglected saying. It needs to be implemented. As the liberty increases and the time at hand decreases, the tendency to express our frustration to anyone or anything susceptible increases. Not only do we disrespect other human beings, especially elders, but also mother nature. The reckless deforestation & poaching is a clear indication of the same. Also, the carelessness with which we cause pollution & spoil the aesthetic appeal of our surroundings brings to light the same phenomenon. Adlai Stevenson was right in saying, “Nature is neutral. Man has wrestled the power to make the world a desert or to make the deserts bloom. There is no evil in the atom; only in the men’s souls”. We misuse our rights & abuse our duties. Subsequently, we spoil our relationships, not only with other individuals, but also the environment & with every unit of existence at large.

Now, time for the big question- what is the way out? The ultimate solution to all problems in relationships is: Introspection. If we try to understand what is naturally acceptable to us & to everybody at large, and then act accordingly, we would never go wrong. Identifying one’s relationship with every unit of existence & fulfilling it would greatly reduce the problem. Knowing about human conduct, character & behavior would lead to harmony within us, with our parents, society & ultimately, the entire existence. Understanding the universal human values would lead to zero fallacy in relationships. We want something, think something else, and do another thing & then complaint that we aren’t happy. We do not make time to introspect. We don’t try to find out what is it that we really want, why do we want it & how to achieve it. We look for answers everywhere without realizing that it is within ourselves that we would find the solutions to all the problems.

Relationships

A breakup can bring a sense of relief, especially if the relationship was making you unhappy. But it can also cause difficult feelings such as denial ("it's not really over"), guilt, sadness, anger, fear, rejection, confusion, shock, disbelief or loneliness.
Dealing with a breakup

It takes time to get over the loss of a relationship. You might feel as though your world has turned upside down and that things will never be good again. The strength of your feelings might be overwhelming.  You might cry, feel restless, or have less motivation or energy to do things. Your appetite and sleep might be disturbed.
With time and support, most people pull through relationship breakups, sometimes coming out stronger at the other end.

Some things to remember
•         The end of a relationship doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with you! Try not to take it personally - lots of people break up.
•         You don't have to be in a relationship to feel happy. It's better to not be in a relationship than to be in bad one.
•         Whatever you're feeling now won't last forever. It may take time before you feel you have 'moved on', but you will! Take it one day at a time, and realise that there will be good and bad days.
•         If it was your decision to end the relationship, it doesn't necessarily make the breakup any easier to deal with.  It's still normal (and OK) to feel upset and to miss the other person.
•         It's OK to feel angry or hurt, but be sure you are safe in how you express your feelings. Don't act out your anger, or do spiteful things. Don't follow your ex around or call them all the time - this sort of behaviour is not acceptable and will make you feel worse in the long run. Remember that 'stalking' can be a criminal offence.
•         Don't feel embarrassed, and try not to worry about how the situation will look to others.
•         Remember that breakups can have a positive side. You can learn more about yourself, and what you want from future relationships. You can develop coping skills, become more independent, and have more time to spend with friends and do the things that you enjoy.

Some things that might help you feel better after a breakup

•         Let yourself be upset. Dealing with your emotions will help you heal and feel better.
•         Look after yourself. Try to keep up healthy eating, sleeping and exercise routines.
•         Be realistic when thinking about your ex and the relationship. It's common to remember only the good things about the person and the relationship. But be honest with yourself - it's rare for a relationship or a person to be perfect. Remembering the things that weren't so great will make it easier to move on.
•         Try to limit how much you think about your ex. Find things that will distract you, think positively, and try some new things!
•         Give yourself some space. You don't need to shut your ex out of life, but it might be helpful to try to avoid him/her for a while after the breakup.
•         Keep busy. You might find yourself with too much free time on your hands, especiallyat weekends. Plan ahead to do things and meet people.
•         Take time out for you. Do things that you find relaxing, like going to a movie, playing or listening to music, meditating, reading or sport.
•         Treat yourself. Buy yourself a treat or do something that you really like.
•         Talk to friends. It's OK to want some time to yourself, but being with supportive people can also be a big help. You can also get a different perspective by talking things through with others.
•         Don't use drugs or alcohol to deal with the pain. Alcohol will probably make you feel worse. Drugs might give you a high at first, but the after-effects will leave you feeling much worse.
•         Give it time. Allow yourself some time to cope with the change.

Breaking UP  with someone
If you're breaking up, then try to be considerate in ending the relationship. Think about how you would want to be treated in the same situation.  Try to end things in a way that respects the other person, but be honest. Clearly state that the relationship is over, and why. Understand that the other person is likely to be hurt and perhaps angry about your decision.  End the relationship face-to-face wherever possible, rather than by text, Facebook or email. If this isn't possible, write an email or letter clearly stating the relationship is over, and give some explanation for your decision.

When your ex move on
It can be especially hard when you find out that your ex has a new relationship. If this happens:
•         Try to avoid thinking about them being with someone else, as it can be really painful.
Don't contact your ex or lash out at them for being in a new relationship. It won't make you feel any better.
•         If you are struggling with anger or jealousy, you need to make sure you stay safe when dealing with these feelings. Talk to somebody about it and get some help if you need it.

Thinking about a new relation ship
Take all the time you need in beginning another relationship. Think about what you want in your next relationship, but feel confident about being single for a while.

When should you get some help??

Breakups hurt, but people usually get over them in time and without any serious problems. If you find yourself unable to move on, talk things through with someone you trust. This may be a friend, family member, youth worker or a counsellor. Counselling can provide a safe space to help you understand your feelings and gain some perspective.

What Men Want in a Relationship

I have discovered a stark contrast between what each sex thinks the opposite sex wants from them, and what the opposite sex really does want.

What women think men want from them causes women to have resentment and anger toward men, and feel hopeless about ever developing a wonderful, warm, romantic partnership. What men think women want from them causes them much of the same feelings and frustration.

The sad part is that it does not have to be this way, if only we would realize that both men and women are human beings first and pretty much want the same thing. But, you don’t have to take my word for this.

I asked a number of men and women who are actively involved in personal growth and development what they want from a partner in order to build a great relationship. You will find their answers unexpected. Discover what men said they want from women as contrasted with what women think men want. You’ll also find tips for women to give men what they want, attract a great man, and create a wonderful relationship.

Honest communication is top priority for men. They want a woman who answers questions honestly, and perhaps even volunteers information. They want a woman who confidently asks for her wants and needs to be met. They want a woman who can see the truth and tell it like it is while communicating with kindness. Men want a woman who can communicate without being too critical, who cares about preserving his and her dignity.

Women think men want them to be superficial, to keep quiet about their needs or wants, and never to ask for anything. Women think men believe them to be too needy and too sensitive, and that men simply want women to get over it. Some women believe they do not have the permission to tell it like it is, that they will be rejected for speaking up.

A tip for women
Great men want and need straightforward, courageous communication without anger or criticism. One way to attract a great man and build a satisfying relationship is to learn how to communicate your truth and needs effectively.

2. Men want self-sufficient, secure, confident women.

Men want a woman to choose them out of want rather than out of desperation — either materially or emotionally. Men need to be wanted and needed by their partners, but they want their partners to have a separate identity. Men want a woman to be active and independent, to have her own friends and interests.
On the other hand, men treasure time spent with a loving partner.

Women think men don’t want women to need them. Women think men do not need or appreciate time spent together as a couple. Women believe that showing a man he is needed will turn him off and
possibly make him run away.

A tip for women
Men want what women want — a whole partner. One powerful way to attract a great man and build a vibrant relationship is to create a full, rewarding life for your own fulfillment.

3. Men want a manipulation-free relationship.

Men want no manipulation of any kind. They do not want to read their partner’s mind or try to interpret signals. They do not want to be forced to move faster in a relationship than they are ready. They do not want to be manipulated into taking all the blame for things gone wrong. They do not want to be on the receiving end of game playing.

Women think men want little or no communication, and the only way to get needs met is through manipulation. Women think men either need or want to be reminded that the relationship needs to move forward. Women think men don’t want or value praise and acknowledgment, and so tend to only verbalize criticism.

A tip for women
Men will not tolerate manipulation of any kind for any significant length of time. To attract a great man and build a wonderful relationship learn to ask without hesitation for what you want and need in every area of your life. Learn to be aware of his timing and his time-line. Learn how to acknowledge and bestow praise.

4. Men want growth, personal responsibility, and ownership.

Men want a partner who can laugh at herself and who has courage and strength. They want a woman who can see her part in relationship dynamics and own it. She has to be emotionally stable. Men want a woman who is developing herself personally, and who takes responsibility for her emotional experience.

Women think men only want to have a good time. Women think men have no interest in developing and growing a relationship or developing and growing themselves. Women think men want women who are super models, and that they never consider whether a
woman is emotionally mature, kind, supportive, or loving.

A tip for women
Men want women who are emotionally mature. Maturity does not mean lack of emotions. It does mean the ability to handle emotions responsibly. To attract a great man and build a long-term relationship, learn to take responsibility for your emotional experience and expression.
5. Men want fidelity and a commitment to the relationship.

Fidelity is an absolute must. In fact, men want a woman who does not have a “roaming eye” and who can wholeheartedly commit to the relationship. Many may define commitment as fidelity plus the willingness to work on the relationship — even when the going gets tough.

Women think that all men want is sex, and that men will leave a relationship for the next prettier face. Women think men cannot be trusted to be faithful. Women believe men do not want to work on a relationship; that when the going gets tough, they run.

A tip for women
Here is great news for those women who are resigned to the myth that all men cheat: infidelity and “a roaming eye” are as distasteful to men as they are to women. Great men know how to build a wonderful relationship, and they know fidelity is the main ingredient.

6. Men want women who know how men need to be treated.

Many women treat men in ways that diminish their egos, making them feel inadequate. Men would rather have more praise, more acknowledgment of what they do right, more acknowledgment that they are great guys who are loved and appreciated.

Women think men do not need them, do not value their opinion, their support, their praise. Women also think men do not care about many things important to women, which is why they criticize. Criticism is a way to verbalize resentment.

A tip for women
Most men want acknowledgment and appreciation from women. Learning to acknowledge instead of making your partner wrong is one of the most powerful relationship survival tools available to you.

Now that you know what men want, what about what you want? The desire to love and be loved is the most basic human need.  You you realize how deeply God loves you? You are a human being who is loved by God. You are intelligent, beautiful, loved, and not alone. Take a minute to think about that – God loves you, and not because of what you do. He loves you for who you are and will never leave you because of anything you’ve done. Isn’t that just the kind of love you’ve always dreamed about?

You might not think of yourself as exceptional, but you are. You are a hand-crafted original. God made you on purpose, no accidents of fate or chance. The Bible says that when God created man and woman He “saw everything that He had made, indeed it was very good.” (Genesis 1:31) God created you and He is interested in the details of your life. The Bible tells us that Gods knows each of us better than we know ourselves – he even knows how many hairs are on your head! (Matthew 10:30)

It’s pretty incredible to think about. The same God who created the stars and turns the colors of the leaves in Fall, created you. You are His masterpiece and He loves you. God created you to have a relationship with Him.

>> Here’s how you can start that relationship with God right now.
